Mayavaram Krishnamurthy Thyagaraja Bhagavathar, a most successful Tamil film actor, was born on 07 March 1910 at Mayiladuthurai of Tamilnadu. He was the eldest son of a goldsmith named Krishnamurthy Achari. People call him as M K T. He was also a film producer and carnatic music singer. He died on 01 November 1959 in Chennai.
